Okay it's been about an hour..
I gota say that this whole pain issue with pgf seems to be very overated.. i have no pain what so ever. My stomach does seem to have mind of it's own at the moment.. Luck would have it that sweetthing finished work earlier then expected.. and 10 minutes after I injected I had to go pick her up... I was half worried I'd shiet myself, but it's really not that bad. When I got home though, I did feel i had to take a dump though... and my stomach is still rolling.. rolling alot, but no diahrea at this point. Other then that, I hate shooting biceps... they tend to bleed quite a bit when I remove the needle. ![]() ![]()

45 minutes fo cardio this morning.. went pretty smooth.
--- 5 perfect diet days behind me... I stepped on the scale at the gym this morning before I hate and after 45 min of cardio... I weight 285.. with sweaty clothes and shoes on etc... Sucks.. lol I'll take my weight monday morning.. and use that to gauge the rest of the cycle... if in 2 weeks from monday, I haven't shown any weight loss, I will start to drop calories until I seem some movement... that's the plan so far. I'm just building up glycogen(sp) level right now.. but it still sucks eh. :P peace

Weight...
![]() Sub 275 2 weeks ago, now 290 this morning, bites... But I'm going to use this to gauge the rest of the cycle. I'm pumped all over though, and puffy to go along with it to a certain degree. My lower back is constantly aggrivated, and bending down to tie-up shoe's, or just to pick up a dumbell, sucks alot more then it use too... Nothing I can't handle yet. My urine is also turning toward the rusty yellowish colour (canadian spelling of color, for you Non-Canadian's out there. --- Any opinions on how I should handle this cut, calorie wise? I'm going to wait 2 weeks, at current caloric levels (a level that I would normally loose weight without aas). Hopefully I'll start to show a loss, but if I don't should I just remain confident that I'm burning a steady amount of fat? Or should I take full advantage of the cut, and reduce calories till the scale shows a solid 2 pounds a week lost? I'm undecided, and I don't like that. ![]() --- 7 perfect Diet days behind me. --- My bp is good... 127ish/72ish Slightly elevated over my normal numbers... heart rate continues to be elevated by 10-15 beats per minute.. (you'd think that alone would dramatically increase calls burned). Peace

Back day was today.. strength and endurance is up, but marginally as of yet.. It's only day 7.
I have a feeling my back is in for alot of rough days... I better start hitting up the taurine. -- On the verge of another perfect diet day... Yet my weight climbs... blah. :P --- I let sweetthing adminster a shot to both glutes today... All I gota do is drop the drawers.. lay down and relax... It's awsome.

Thanks.. But I am blowing up, 290 currently... I have a full body pump happening though, so it's all good. Never the less it's put the fear of over eating into me.... I have to watch calories, my body seems happy to pack mass on with little provocation... I'm not under bobo anymore... so last night instead of having tuna and brocolli, I had a egg white, brocolli, and onions... all scrambled up together.. tasted like a quiche.. and the macros were about the same. At least it's some variety, and somewhat of a minor treat.

9 perfect diet days behind me now... haven't missed a workout, or cardio session.
-- Must work harder at getting to sleep earlier. -- I jumped to conclusions on the color of my pee.... I dont' think I drank enough water on the weekend... it's not all that rusty colored. I drink a crap load of water usually specially on week days. -- Today is a much needed off day... Yesterday, was tricep day... had an impressive workout... the rest of me is still quite sore.. I must of did something right. peace

As usual I have continually forgot to take measurements... of course now, they'd be all fvcked up... Blah....
--- 10 perfect diet days behind me... If I don't show a loss come monday, I may just drop 20 grams of protein and 30 grams of carbs off my diet... ( half a bagel less, and a bit of chicken breast) --- Sex drive is climbing... Ask Sweetthing. Muahahah peace
