First off thanks for the suggestions and the support... I do indeed intend to take hcg, every 4-6 weeks at 500iu Ed for 10 day spurts.
Ryan I have done 50mg, although I hated the pump sometimes, and I got fairly decent headaches... I want to try 60mg, I have fair bit more muscle mass then i did the first time I ran it. I split it up 10mg 6 times a day... starting right when I get up, and right when I go to bed. So far day 4, and I'm not having any issues, but I don't suspect they will start till next week sometime. Also alot of my issues, last time around may of come from that dreaded eq prop... at least the totally burned out feeling.. but we'll see. -- Alright so I started my cycle on Monday.... Hit my right glute with 250mg test enan (750 per week) 150mg tren enan (450 per week) 66mg deca (200 per week) hit both triceps with 50mg test prop/50mg tren ace Right now plan to inject the long ester mix every monday, wednesday, and friday. I'll inject the short esters eod for 2 weeks. I would love some advice on Estrogen control... Since I'm pinning more volume then last cycle, I decided against Masterone Enanthate, and thought I would rely on either a AI or serm... and since I'm pinning prop, and 750mg of test enan... I thought I better get right on something. Also considering I'm considering hrt between cycles.. I have shiet load of rxt I don't need for pct anymore, so I'm currently taking 1 a day, to cover the estrogen issue... but how effective is it? Will it whipe out to much estrogen? Any suggestions? should I stick to adex or letro? Or just start popping nolva and control estrogen where it matters,( at the titties ) and let estrogen run rampant? What you think? -- Wednesday... leg day Not my best leg workout by far.. but it's been a good while since my last leg day.. And the fat and lack of cardio lately is really being felt. I stayed at the same weights I did the last time for squats... but I was short reps, not due to lack of strength but due to the fact my heart was going to burst out of my chest, and I was gasping for air. BB squats (working sets, box squats till my arse touches the box, 90 or better) warm up 195 x 12 ass to grass (Hams to calves). 285x12 325x10 325x9 lunges, eh... I was so winded I did my first 2 sets with no weight.. yea I suck but remember I'm really fat right now.. ![]() bodyweight x 20 (10 per leg) bodyweight x 20 (10 per leg) bodyweight + 22lb x 20 (10 per leg) Leg extensions - definately feeling it, and down a bit of weight. 170 x 10 180 x 10 170 x 10 BB shrugs (2 second static holds) - Finally using my new lifting hooks.. they are awsome. 225 x 8 285 x 8 295 x 8 290 x 8 Abs - Ab crunch machine, I actually did 3 sets instead of 4.. I was hurting, an my ability seems to be still suffering here... I assume its the excess stomach. 190 x 12 200 x 12 205 x 12 Cardio - did half cardio, only 15 minutes... I'm trying to ease back into this week, so screw you. 15 minutes, eliptical 135-145 beats per minute. -- tonight... chest, tri's, and shoulders.

i would recommend a low dose of letro or arimidex.....rxt well its good, but i dont know how good

Other not producing my own test, I should function perfectly normaly as long as I continue test supplementation. HCG should prevent my balls from shrinking to much. Alot of older people do it, that aren't even body builders, under doctor's guidance of course.. I don't see it as very risky at all.. not like heavy cycle portions.

I am sort of concerned about the effects on your liver with long-term AAS use. You might want to consider supplementing Schizandra as it is a better hepatoprotectant than Milk Thistle (the Chinese government has actually made a prescription liver disease drug from the active chemicals in it/ hasn't made it over here yet though) and it has alot of other great effects as well. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks now and am totally loving it (my GF loves it as well

Little slow to up date yesterdays workout.. cause I didn't like my performance.
Summary: Started off good actually, I was able to do BB incline bench without much shoulder pain, and my new professional grade wrist wraps worked wonders at keeping my wrist and hands stable on the bar (which helped drastically reduce the amount of carpel-tunnel/tendon related wrist pain that would travel down my forearm recently when doing these). So that's a good thing. Now, Get this.. I did some figuring and I realized last night, that I didn't work chest and triceps for an incredible 2 weeks.. what the hell is wrong with me... Anyway, 2 weeks ago I struggled desperately with 195 pounds and could not get 4 sets of 6.. let alone 6 without help on all sets. However Last night, I was able to get all 4 sets for 195.. And I didn't hurt myself.. although i do feel my left shoulder is still tender somewhere. it all went down hill from there though... DB Flat Bench 95x6 (help on 6) / 90 x 2 / 85 x 5 (help on 5) / 85 x 2 NOt sure what was up.. probably a combonation of 2 weeks off, no more creatine, or something.. cause i ran out of gas in a very serious way.... and alot of trouble... This is the most crooked numbers I have put up.. normally you always have a steady drop off.. not here... I like died hard... I even tried switching up to 80 real quick on the last set, and couldnt get them started for even 1... I was embarressed. From there, did a few sets of dips.. again those wrist wraps work magic... No more crazy shaking.. I can just push, and my arm wrist grip connection firm.. I love it. Now for another huge upset... I understand that my triceps are burned out quite a bit, and I'm sure I'll get better by just next week once, I'm eased back in to things.. but damn. I couldn't even manage 3 sets of 12 reps @ 65 pounds skullcrushers... Standing OH BB tricep extensions.. another upset, formily capable of 140+ pounds for 8 reps.. now struggling to get 95 pounds for 6 reps. Did 3 dismal sets.. dropping down to 85 and getting about 8-9 reps. Smith OH Shoulder Press.. more dissappointment.. Could only manage 3 sets of 8 at 70 + the weight of the machine. (needed help on the last rep). God can't even remember if I had abs last night or not? lol Ended up deciding to remove cardio from today and put it on the end of friday.. thrusday run to long.. and I get off work early on friday so it's a better fit. -- In closing, I felt like a week pathetic fool last night. I know I won't be able to do as much cause I'm prexhausting triceps and shoulders before i get to them, I know I'm not on creatine, I know i haven't worked them out and 2 weeks... but none the less it sucked. lol Also of note, i have not expereinced any sort of pump this week yet.. I hope my pump comes back soon.. (well dbol will certainly make that happen) The regular type pump that you carry if you workout on a daily basis, and that you can feel at any given moment if your flex your triceps.. damn I love that feeling. peace.
