Weights coming down.. 271 this morning... getting back to normal. But I must say the weight gain took a bit of wind out of my sails. I'm having alot of trouble staying focused.. I keep finding myself thinking of junk food. So far so good though.

Quick and too the point.
I totally blew my diet yesterday... I just crumbled, and ran out of the office at 2:00 for big macs.. no shiet... Cheat night really got to me, I can't fukin believe it. I cheated more yesterday aswell. What a bone head. 64 or so perfect diet days.. and blamo. -- Anyway, I need to say it. I'm back on hardcore right now, and I feel pretty stupid about yesterday. I'd like to thank my girlfriend for smelling the big macs on my breath, and telling me things i needed to hear. I love you Jess. -- Alright, downed some fenu and maca... may I add they smell awsome. (****ty the caps look the same though...) Unfortunately further reading does suggest that these products may not have much of an effect while I'm under the shutdown of AAS... they are cheap though.. so I'll try anyway. I think I'll save powerfull till pct though.. as well as cAMP... -- They also threw in a free bottle of legal gears Powertrain.. You anyone know if it's any good... it guess it's suppose to extend your endurance and drive during a workout. Not to sure about specifics.

Moving up to 130 pound BB Overhead tricep extensions.... Juts about nailed all sets of tricep pushdowns... moving up on Skullcrushers... Abs are very strong lately.... I can max out the machine for decent amount of reps... and it's nothing to hit 4 x 12 reps of 220 pounds.. (machine max is 245)... I've been changing things up a bit, doing some machine ab work, and some ball ab work... the ball tends to make me fight hard for balance, and when you wobble a bit, you can really feel it tug on the lower abs, alot more then the machine. Cardio, was sweaty... been quite humid. I had a see through shirt by the end.. :P --- peace.

I find it amazing though, how 20 pounds can make such a huge difference.. 295 pounds (2x45 + 1x35 per side) is easy, 315 is brutal... go figure. Well I shouldn't say easy, I nearly fell over my legs were wobbling that bad between sets.. People look at me, and their legs start hurting.. lol Leg extensions.. been working on keeping these moving with slow negatives.. But they are leg extentions.. typically boring. lol Leg presses... okay after 8 sets... I figured I'd have some trouble here. But nope I was feeling good. I did all 8 reps for my first 3 sets 605 pounds.. so I threw on an extra 20 pounds on my last set, and still hit 8 reps... It took mamoth effort, and my eyes were bugging out.. and I had spectators.. and a really fit, long time lifter was worried about me (cause one of my legs just about locked out at the top... You don't want that... lol) Anyway the moral of the story is, I'm not far from 7 plates per side (the most the machine will hold on the peg (aside from stacking them on top))... Lunges I did weightless in my first set.. as to test my injury. There is something still tight in there.. so I took it very easy.. just using 15 pound dbs in my second set.. and I called it quits.. The way I see it.. I didn't aggrivate it, and I worked them at least a bit.. hopefully stretching out a bit for next time.. -- Almost forgot... weight is back down to 270... (taking it's damn time, but I don't care no more.)

Fairly great workout....
improvements all around... Incline curls... 3 sets x 10 @ 45 -- moving up Concentrations 3 sets x 10 @ 50 -- got 10/8/6 reps but that's decent enough Arnolds 4 sets x 10 @ 60 pounds (each arm ) - got 10/10/9/9 (much improved)Preachers 3 sets x 10 @ 95 pounds - got 10/10/7 - at this point my biceps are fried. Standing EZ bar curles 2 x 10 @ 80 pounds - only got 8. first set.. droped down to 70 for 12 reps....just fried.. 30 minutes cardio --- Okay.. little ego boosting. I fuking look great in my gym wear, the shirts I bought, fit me perfect. They give me a tapered look without showing the fat of my boobs... I look big, and the seperation of my shoulders, traps, delts, biceps and triceps are very noticable. I enjoy looking at myself in the mirror. lol --- good night.

damn.. I'm uber pissed off.
Just wrote a very long and very detailed account of my diet from.. the beginning till now.. along with thoughts to my metabolism... and other interesting notes. I lost it.... gone... bye-bye... big freaking waste of time. God I hate the internet some days. --- Weight 268 this morning.. almost back to where I was... almost --- 45 minutes and about 650 cals burnt this morning on the eliptical... (i'm eating before I do morning cardio now a days).. I figure my muscles will thank me. --- Note on acne... I have none. haven't had any problems at all really for a month at least. I'm very clear.. not greasy at all.. an I ran out of bacterial wash a month a ago.. all I'm taking is the 5 grams of b5 a day. Peace.

Chest workout was satisfactory... still working on 85 pounds dbs for 4 sets of 8 though...
![]() Moving up on dips... Well closer to not needing assistance. ![]() Incline was alot better today.. my shoulders really held together through to the last rep.. (sounds like a coffee commerical?) --- The family celebrated thanksgiving today.. It was a unplanned cheat, so I'm resetting the clock. It doesn't bother me though, it was a good time, good food, and it was all the family (well alot of them anyway). --- Had another flattering experience while shopping saturday... I decided, what the hell I'll wear my muscle shirt... I Walked into Costco, and there's this tall good looking blonde staring at me... Then I realized it was someone I know, but don't get to see very often.. maybe every 3-4 months. She was obviously very impressed with what she saw.. and came right over, and the first thing she did was reach out and feel my arms, running her hand from my delts over the seperation of my triceps and biceps... "Look at your arms.." she said... (Poobah turns red). Not to often some gal, you barely ever see's feels the need to touch your arms, with a wow expression on her face. I felt a bit strange with Sweetthing hangin back.. and some strange woman she doesn't now touching me like that.. lol... but she's married, and just a friend.. anyway.. It was kewl. peace.

That is a good story Poobah. When I go to my wife's dental office, some of the girls touch me too. My wife doesnt mind, she is a good sport about it.
Im glad sweetthing is secure enough to let that happen. She is a great woman and I tell her that too. She even puts up with me saying jokingly that I would go after you if she wasnt around.....
