Supplement time again...
Entering week 10 of my cycle... t3 is winding down and I have no thyroid pct products.. EEEK!!! So I'm ordering some Thyroid energy, to use as pct for a month or so... I was going to get some more C2, but I said **** it, I have more ephedrine and Clen then you can shake a stick at. Come PCT, I think I'll cycle Clen/ECA. I also happen to have clen pharma grade tabs and Clen UG liquid solution. So I'll be testing the compartive effects of both. I also decided, that Sweetthing is in trouble, and ordered 6 bottles of maca, and 6 bottles of fenugreek, as well as a bottle of PowerFULL (Synergyies new product, that makes for Extra hard Erections and pumps, as well as a number of other things). Also ordered up some magnesium to add to the zinc I'm already supplementing. Things might get very interesting if not down right messy... Muahahahah. (also with pct coming up, some cialis may be in order)I've also been wanting to try cAMP, so I ordered 3 bottles... The "Night time thermobolic that shifts the bodies energy seeking needes towards fat and less toward Glycogen"... yada yada... Alot of people seem to like it, So I thought it's worth a shot. Throw in some green tea extract, garlic, 3 jugs of evopro, and a few other things.. and christ it adds up fast.. but this should hold me over till, I need support supps for my next cycle starting up 2006. peace, and TGIF

Had a great bicep workout today... Small improvements, but that's about the best I can ever expect on bicep day.

I weigh 264 pounds this morning...
Tonight is cheat night... I'm way to excited about this... say goodbye 264 (for now). ... right quad is a bit tight from the injection the other day.. no biggie though.

Nice guys well probably meet too poobah I am at 200 right now I am planning on putting on another 20lbs in the next couple weeks.
Problem: If deific is at 200lbs and gains weight at 10lbs per week, and Poobah is at 264 and loses weight at 3 lbs a week. When will they meet, and how much bs is needed? |

Cheat night sucked arse...
I got sick by the minute... By the time the meal was over, I thought I was going to barf, my nose was running like a tap, and my arse was purculating obnoxious smelling farts. While heartburn kicked in hard and fast. We had to cut the night short.. no movies.. no nothing. Directly to the pharmacy to pickup rolaids, and kleenex. My body has been absorbing water like a sponge. I weighed 278 this morning at the gym. I started purposely drinking as much water as I could to combat the drys, and not matter how much I drink, I'm still thirsty. I really haven't needed to urinate either yet. Thus I've added like 15 pounds... lol Obviously the weight gain is temporary.. but damn, I hate it anyway. --- Good news is, I'm quite a bit better this morning.. but by no means perfect.. I'm still thirsty no matter how much I drink. But my strength is through the roof, blowing through my weights and reps, and aceing everything with a extra rep here, and more weight added on others.. Everything moving up next week. --- I'm not sure if eating clean so long has made my body hate simple carbs? Or if it was food poisoning.. or a reaction to alchohol.. either way, not exactly a very nice reward.. other then the extra strength, and vascularity coming all the way up my forearms and into biceps, like I never seen before. oh well.
