240 will look awesome on your frame..you are what 6'1..but you have a big bone structure.....yea for traps do some barbell shurgs..also once you get lighter you should start doing some deadlifts..those work traps as well as all the large muscle groups.....

I use to do 3/4 deads on my Powertec... God did those make my heart just about jump out of my chest... I've been kicking around the idea of adding them in at some point again.. (BB/DB variety), but Not just yet.

Biceps went well yesterday.. Arnolds too...
I ran out of gas before I got to preachers, and standing ez bar curls though.. so it wasn't up to snuff. But I hammered out most of my reps before that... 45pound incline curls x 10 per arm... 50 pound concentration curls x 10 per arm... Arnolds I managed 3 sets at 55 for 10, 10, 8 reps... before dropping down to 50 for my final set.. I can feel a twinge in my right shoulder starting up, hope it's nothing. I haven't felt my groin/ab pull today. --- Come monday, I'll be down to 80mcg t3

Hmmm I just realized that I forgot to do BB flat bench before my flat DB bench... Because of that, I was a bit more hard pressed to hammer out my 85 pound db presses.. Still managed 8, 8, 7, 6 but not ready to move to 90's just yet.
My chest burnt. bb Flat presses 2 x 12 db Flat presses 4 x 8 dips 4 x 8 Incline presses 3 x 8 Cable flyes 3 x 10 abs 4 x 12

Everything is going fine...
Just popping in to say.. My hunger is getting really out of control these last 2 days.. not sure why. But I'm ravenous about every 2 hours. Nothing has changed.. except I'm down to 80mcg of t3 now. Perhaps it's just a blip.. or my metabolism is kicking up. hopefully I will get some good losses before MY planned cheat night this saturday. peace.

57 days cheat free...
--- Weight 265 pounds... Total loss 145 pounds. --- Back day went well yesterday... I must of been taking less rest then usual though, cause we were done in record time, and we had 4 sets of calve raises aswell. Still concentrating on lower weights, and better form. I'm still trying to swallow the idea of less weights, better form = improved gains. Although judging by last week soreness.. (albeit minor).. I definately felt it more then I use too.

(great control, slow)... 10/10/9 Burn out sets.. blah... Abs... Machines were busy.. had to use ball, hands extended over head. Last set I twisted up a bit, and now my left thigh has a twinge in it. (legs tonight... could be trouble). 30 minutes eliptical... 420 cals. Legs were feeling it today... calves are pretty sore from mondays standing calf raises/presses (whatever the hell you call them).. plus I have a new flatter shoe... I think it's causing me to elevate my heal more, which is making my calves work a bit harder on the elipitcal. ( I was making angry pain faces my last 10 minutes.. lol) --- Still feeling a slight pull in the inner groin.. lower abs from about a week and half ago.. but I think I'll be okay for lunges tonight. I just hope my thigh stays together... from last nights little twist. Pain ain't that bad or anything.. but under load who knowS? --- Weight is 264-265 this morning.. but lets just say 265. peace.

I know you all get sick and tired of hearing about how much I love my triceps.. but i don't give a flying monkey fuk.
![]() Just wanted to mention, They feel good and sore today... They feel like they be growing.... I love that feeling. --- That and my quads seem to have a steady ache lately.... I attribute it to IGF, but I just don't know for sure.
