Note regarding aches and pains...

---

YEA!!! I can feel my lats hurting for 2 days now.. (not seriously, but I can definately feel them) Aswell as shoulder to shoulder across the back. Thanks to Boyde for giving me some tips to improve form and concentrate on the right muscles.. (My biceps didn't get nearly as sore on back day.. ).

---

Tendon pain in my elbows over the last 3-4 months has all but cleared up.. Use to be a problem on heavy pulls (back day), and it really bothered me on bicep day aswell.. even hindering my ability to lift heavy weights.

I'm not sure whether time is correcting the issue, or a combonation of time, hgh, igf, and heck even cissis rx may help.. but I no longer have elbow joint pain.. I can curl without pain... and I don't feel like my arms are going to rip off at the elbow on lat pulldowns.

Shoulder pain has also for the most part dissappeared over the last month plus now. I'm comfortable once again doing incline bench exercises, as well as arnolds... it's been a huge relief. I also had a very uncomfortable left elbow to shoulder... specifically during standing BB overhead extensions, felt like a tendon was threatening to pop... and I could feel it moving slightly under strain. I haven't noticed it in a long time.

My groin still has a slight pull.. it doesn't bother me most of the time.. things like taking a quick step forward, or a long stride with my right leg does. This is going to effect lunges for sure.. perhaps squats.. I think I'm okay for leg presses. (unfortunately I will have to compress this thursday's leg routine to be able to pick the kids up in time... but maybe I'll leave work early just to fit in the whole routine.. lol) (I must have priorities.. Hell with a pay check... )

--

peace

Just to clarify... all the above aches and pains.. are seperate from the fact my forearms hurt somedays worse then others.. that's entirely GH related. I'm excited to try a number of different brands in the coming months.

I'll be switching from Ansomone in a few weeks, to Jino's and then to another 191aa generic brand (that's suppose to be very powerful).. I'll probably run 100iu of each in succession for testing purposes... I'll also be switching to 4-5iu ED with no off days.. haven't decided yet.. I suppose it depends on how powerful that generic stuff really is.

So I'll be able to offer a pretty darn good first hand review on all three soon enough.

peace.

FUKIN AWSOME WORKOUT TODAY!!!

IF you recall last thursday tricep was my first poor tricep workout in a real long time... Today, I totally smoked it, and surpassed expectations then some.

I just had the ability and the breath to keep pushing it out today.

I nailed everything moving up 3 x 10 @ 105 tricep extensions (back planted)

I nailed Standing BB overhead extensions 3 x 8 @ 120 pounds (I actually rep'd out 9 my last 2 sets) Triceps were engorged, shoulders too.. I like it.

Skullcrushers moved up and performed admirably

rope pushdown burnout set.. (not a weight thing, just grueling.)

Abs... ya.. abs.. BLah...

And 30 minutes of Solid, and quite frankly enjoyable Cardio today on the eliptical.

---

Thinking of changing some things up on Sunday (chest day).. I want to try to hit some heavy weights for 2-4 rep range... See what I can really do. , but I also don't want to tire myself to much for db flat bench (as I have thoughts of moving up to 90 pounders)... decisions decisions... Did I mention my chest is getting thicker.. lol

Peace everyone..

Leg day tonight... very pressed for time... So I'm not sure what will happen..

But I just tested some lunges at work here.. and I seriously doubt i'll be able to do them. What ever I did, it will take a few weeks to heal up I think.

Hopefully it won't hinder squats.

Well crud... I only had time for half my workout.. so I made it a good half.

4 sets of squats.
4 sets of leg presses..

Unfortunately the workout was about the same as last week.. except perhaps for better overall form. I manage 12 reps.. then I failed and couldn't get off the box to complete rep 12 the second set.. So I finished up with 2 sets at 285. Damn it.. I might just drop my rep scheme to 8 next week and throw on 3 plates per side.

anyway... Krap.

Weight... 267 this morning... Whoo hoo.. I'm almost skinny.. lol

---

53 perfect diet days

---

I forget what the heck I wanted to say.

---

Edit: I remember now... Basically it's about hunger.. I don't have any. It's great and it's not so great... I'm eating probably way less then someone of my size should be eating to loose weight.... I take like one tiny poop a day. I'm concerned that post cycle, after the t3 is gone and the melting point, that I'll start to gain at the calorie level Im currently eating. But I sure as hell don't want to cut calories back unless it's absolutely required. I still have a freaking long way to go... I can't go sub 2000 cals for like ever probably.. lol

---

Creatine... haven't used any in like 9 months or more now. That's going to change. Previously I was all worried about what the scale said.. Trying to drop as much water weight as possible.. but fuc that shiet. I'll be starting creatine up again just before I start pct. It will do my body good, should help me retain some of my on cycle strength, most of my on cycle size... and it will most definately help my body in a calorie deficit to maintain muscle mass.

Creatine is good.

peace.

Thanks Ryan.. I'm totally looking forward to that day... Eating to grow that is.. I'll do it right though.. clean foods. I rightfully don't even know what it will be like to eat to grow.

I'm also pretty sure, I'm going to develope a new routine, that will cut back total sets per muscle group in one given day, but i'll hit just about everything twice a week giving me my desired total sets per week... I'm at the point now, that even after 16 sets of leg exercises, my legs don't really bother me the next day... At best any perticular day, leaves me slightly tender for about 2 days, I'm pretty sure I'm ready to move on to such a routine. I'm not sure how I'll break it out just yet (maybe I'll enlist some help )... I also want to make use of more periodization working a 6-12, adjusting weekly. But I'm just beginning to think about it. ANd I'm going to think long and hard about it.. I've also, find bobo's plan totally neglects traps.. So I'll have to get some them in there somewhere (they respond good for me.. I feel bad for them.. lol). Not to Knock bobo.. though All i do is 7 sets of arnolds a week for shoulder and they are responding good.. (3 sets one day / and 4 sets another).
