Thanx alot for that, but what kind of creatine do u suggest? I heard that the power tabs and gum absorb MUCH better than the powder you mix with water. I also found recently that grapefruit juice dramatically increases the potency of drugs, does the same go for creatine? Also about how much creatine do you think i should be using and when should i take it before, after and durring my workout? If anyone also knows any good places where i can find a great workout plan please tell me! thanx alot!
