But i wanted to know, if i take creatine, will i loose endurance by gaining weight even with regular cardio excersises? I read on this site that that is a possible side effect. I dont know if anyone here wrestles but i want to gain strength as well as mass and still keep if not improve the endurance i have now. Also, what is ur view on taking protein and creatine at the same time? Should i take more of one than another? and are there any physical side effects such as stretch marks or anything like that? Thank you for your help! (sorry if this is a bit confusing i tried to squeeze alot in a little)
First of all, with more muscle on your body the more oxygen your body is going to need. so, yes you may lose some endurance, but you can counter that with being in really good shape. And taking creatine will not make you sluggish, it should increase your endurance. Definetly take more protein than creatin, atleast 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of body weight. eat alot, of healthy food, not crap.

Someone make this a seperate post
