I need some advice about my routine. I workout every other day.
Monday, Wen, Friday: (Full Body Workout. All major muscle groups.)
Saturday (Cardio/Pull Ups/Pushups, thats it on sat)
I also do the 6 day meal. Is my routine good? I am not a bodybuilder and I am not trying to become one, just more like the, what I call "BoFlex Guy"

What is your guys advice?
