now when u go back to the first routine, make sure you are not doing the same exercises that you did the first time. variety is the key in bodybuilding and building strengh.

doing the same workouts, your bod will adapt which will slow down ur results..

I don't like that plan...

day 1: chest/bi's/forearms/abs
day 3: back/shoulders/tris

I would go with day 1 being chest/tris and day 2 being back/bis. I think most everyone would. Also, I would do shoulders on my leg day. Having shoulders in your chest/tri day is a lot of stress on the upper body.

My routine.

Day 1 - Chest, Triceps, Abs
Day 2 - Legs, Shoulders, Abs
Day 3 - Back, Traps, Biceps, Forearms, Abs
