Actually you can split up Chest/Shoulders/Triceps because thats a lot of stress for the upper body on 1 day. So you can add shoulders to your leg day, it works out great and you keep the blood flowing in the upper body between your chest/tricep day and back/bicep day. You can add a forearm execerise to your back/bicep day. Also, can you do abs each workout day to end the workout, its a great way to end the workout session. Hope that helps you.
