You want to work the big muscle groups first. When working out your chest your also working out your shoulders and triceps. The main muscle worked is your chest, but the weight is aided by your shoulders and triceps. Same for you back, when working out your back you also work out your biceps. So the main focus would be to hit the large muscle groups before.
Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Back/Biceps
