I don't think it's here anymore. It was in my old journal that was deleted. But the way I work is so flexible that I've quit writing absolutes because of the pain caused by my zzd writing 5 years ago.

For most people, bracketing and carb cut-offs will work wonders for maximizing muscle gains and fat loss if you're disciplined and consistent. Only thing is that everyone starts becoming OCD, wanting to count calories or not eating what they should.

Depending on body type, I give base amounts of protein for each day and then everything else is based on timing, cut-off, etc. Food selection is extremely important.

1. What you eat
2. When you eat it
and then
3. How much you eat

Then I have taper days and there's refeed days, zero days, etc. But really, it varies very much person to person.
