So the 5x220 was easy. Should I move up a week on the schedule for my bench or should I just continue as is?

Dips BWx15, BWx12, BWx10 Getting my dip belt on Tuesday so I should be adding some weight to this.

Nice workout. Feel great and pumped. Drank a RTD51 and a Vitamin Water post-workout. Peace
