That is one man's opinion and it seems flawed to me. Whey is the best protein you could use post workout. It absorbs quickly and this is what you want after a training session. Also, fast absorbing proteins are known to stimulate protein synthesis better. This makes the post workout time even more critical.

As for protein damaging organs, simply not true. If your water intake is sufficient, no problems.
