this guy is a real food fanatic....he was advocating eating a fish filet after lifting....and that is all good if you have the time to go home and cook fish or have the money to have it prepared and on hand....but most of us dont.....he also said that if you chug the shake then you are wasting it because your body can only absorb a little at a time....he said you should sip it over an hour or so....he also said this about water.....
