i am in no way shape or form looking for an easy way out. I eat very healthy, sleep, and bust my ass in the gym. I am not looking for steroids or anything else of that toxic nature. I have trouble eating a lot of protein in one sitting, so i wasn t sure if there was a type of protein that would help increase my intake of protein. I wasn t clear in my previous post. i agree w both of you that our generation wants their results quickly no matter what the risk. Once again, not looking for easy gains. i enjoy the work ethic required to gain muscle.
