This is crazy!

I was off last Friday and was home with my kids. So decided to take them to the park. However, as we got in my truck and drove off, I quickly learned that my street and one end of my entire neighborhood was blocked off with yellow Police tape.

I could see at least 6-8 cop cars, a few unmarked cars, alot of officers, a tent in the middle of the street and a few investigators doing CSI work.
I had no idea what happened and I tried to get a quick look but the cops turned me around and I had to exit out the other end of my neighborhood.

Well today I decided to look it up to see what happened and I came across a news article on the incident. Apparently some dude got whacked in his car by the passenger and then the killer got out and another car picked him up and they sped off......WTF?

NORTHRIDGE - A motorist was killed today in Northridge, possibly by a passenger in his vehicle, which crashed, authorities said.
Paramedics sent to Frankfort Street about 10 a.m. pronounced the man dead at the scene, said Los Angeles police Officer Karen Rayner of the Media Relations office.

His name was withheld until officials could notify family members.

According to the preliminary investigation, the man was apparently driving when he was either shot or stabbed, resulting in the crash of the vehicle, Rayner said.

A person was seen getting out of the car and getting into another vehicle, which then sped off, Rayner said.
