I read them occasionally to keep up on whats happening in the professional ranks of bodybuilding.

BUT, if you cut out the ads you are left with only about 15-20 pages - LOL!
Yes, the dieting info can be good, but the training is whack and it is aimed not only for those 250 lbs genetic freaks, but also for someone who is on gear. Which is extremely misleading for all those 12 yr olds who pick up a mag and think they have found their new path in life, to be a 250 lb freak.
