I like to read the magazines for entertainment purposes mostly. I rarely take anything the mags say seriously or even consider it to be a reliable source of unbiased, accurate information in the least bit other than a good recipe. The sad thing is so many people out there really believe things BECAUSE they come from magazines. They buy all the latest supps and commit to routines that are basically overtraining them in the long run without having the slightest clues of what's really going on.
I have a stack of Men's Fitness in my bedroom that haven't been touched in years. I used to be subscribed @ $10 a year. Not a bad deal but once I started realizing the mags were 80% marketing and advertisements, I decided not to renew my subscription when the time came around. I felt like I was basically paying for the marketing. Now if that ain't horseshiet, IDK what is.

The workouts are designed for 250lb pros with superior genetics, not for anyone that frequents this board, the claims the supplement companies make in their ads are just downright rediculous, however most of the diet info seems to be useful.
I just like em for the pics of hot-ass womenz.
