Was lifting 3 times a week, upping it to 4. Push - Pull - Legs + abs. I've posted it a few times, pretty much all compound lifts, took alot of advice and it's a solid routine.
How do you slow down your metabolism? I thought you done that by eating regularly?
My meals are 3 mains (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with snacks in between (Carbs pre workout, Cottage cheese before bed etc)
Edit : I also take 3 protein shakes a day.
