I almost always eat healthy for the first half of the day, and then I get hungry. So perhaps a larger and better planned breakfast are in order. Packing a lunch would help too I'd imagine. I have a bad habit of not eating enough when I try to eat well. Every day I start with good intentions and never eat a greasy breakfast. It's later in the day. So that's the problem I need to address; eating more earlier in the day and less at night.
Thanks guys.

What kind of "healthy" food are you talking about? Even going out to eat you can find vaguely healthy food. I think you may be limiting yourself too much. If you have cravings for sweets, try getting some protein bars. They aren't great but they're a damn bit better than a candy bar or bowl of ice cream.
