I agree with Mitch's post wholeheartedly. Great advice.

If she's a working gal, I think it's important to keep fresh, healthy snacks with her...most females tend to sit at their desks and snack on candy and sweets during the day, and that never helps.

She might want to give herself a carb cutoff time - like 3 or 4 pm or so, but as Mitch said, eat the bulk of them in the am and/or before working out.

The two supplements that I take each and every single day are multivitamins and Fish Oil.

But, yes...I would definitely suggest changing her meals from 3 larger ones to 5 or 6 smaller ones throughout the day. I think that would help keep her body fueled, and keep her metabolism moving.
