I don't do it this way but I do upper body all in the same day, so I have a question and I hope this I'd the right place . If you were doing this would you just follow you split or know you can work out again when all soreness is gone? I mean should you follow your routine or just go ahead and let your body tell you when to work out again (whether it's sooner or later )?
