3 day split or mixed routine
gday gday, at the moment im on a 3 day split, monday biceps and back, wednesday legs, friday chest tris and shoulders. i have a few friends who are doing a full body workout each session they are at the gym and are getting good gains. i am just wondering what are peoples opinions on this, do you think its better to do a 3 day split or a full body workout each time you go to the gym?
any feedback would be great.
