My gf, diet.
Hey girls
My girl friend is wanting to get into some training. Nothing along the lines of BB. More just toning up and fat loss.
I was thinking about i few thinks i hope i have learnt and because in BB we eat like 5 or 6 meals a day it increases our metabolism right? So if she changes her diet from eating say 3 meals a day to like 5 smaller ones, will that increase her metabolism and help her burn fat?
