So everytime I work out, be it lifting or doing cardio, I sweat....a lot. So much, that by the end of my work out my entire shirt is soaked in sweat.

Now I know a good workout should allow you to perspire, but when I look around at other people in the gym they don't seem to be half way to the amount I sweat. I guess maybe I'm just pushing it to the max?
Every body is different and as such, will sweat different amounts. A lot also has to do with hydration level. I usually assume most people do not hydrate themselves nearly as much as fitness educated people do.

For me, it's really weird. Some days I'll sweat a **** ton, and others hardly at all. It depends on how hot your body is getting. If you think its a sweat glandular problem, you would need to see a doctor...although I don't know what they can really do for you except maybe give you some pills.

Other than that, jsut be happy your body appropriately cools you down and this will allow you to work that much harder. Grab a towel and hit it hard
