Sweating
don't know where this one might go but anyways here goes.
So everytime I work out, be it lifting or doing cardio, I sweat....a lot. So much, that by the end of my work out my entire shirt is soaked in sweat.
Now I know a good workout should allow you to perspire, but when I look around at other people in the gym they don't seem to be half way to the amount I sweat. I guess maybe I'm just pushing it to the max?
