right on everyone thanks for the advice
I'm actually taking a week or 2 off of working out so I can focus on preparing for finals... so maybe after resting a week or 2 when I get back in there I'll be feeling better
getting new shoes might not be a bad idea... however I'm very close to getting laid off my job... so dropping $150 on running shoes isn't the best idea for me right now... trying to stack up as much money as possible
