Your comment about me doing an unconsious shoulder shrug, has got me thinking this might be the issue. Now that I think about it, as I do my squats I do tend to keep me shoulders very tight. I recall it being so bad that after I finished a set one time, my shoulders were so stiff that after I racked the bar, I felt like my arms and shoulders were stuck in the overhead position.
any ideas on how I should deal with this?
