i didnt have to much of a problem w/ back pumps.. after deads, squats and rows it got a little uncomfortable but no biggie. i actually liked it for a first cycle i think because i only was on 2 weeks i didnt have any real sides. still holding like 6 pounds up with all the same pr's but god damn it sucks when you lose the phenominal recovery. it was unreal for my 2nd week and the first week of pct; i could go balls out shoulder presses and still hit my max on bench like 2 minutes later.. and now even on chest day if i dont do my heaviest set by my 2nd or 3rd working set i can't hit my previous pr. o well at least im still capable of the same lifts, just not throughout the whole workout.
thats good that you play hockey, can't find a better way to fit in cardio for myself anyway. do you play in a rec league or what?
