well i finnished up the pct yesterday held my strength and kept about 5 lbs of the 10 i gained. overall im happy with it since i had no real sides and i've been having a tough time gaining since i hit the 210 mark.
pr's hit - bench is up to 305, squat is up to 410, deads got back to 535, bb rowing 275x7, seated pressing 260x1.. weight still holding at 216-217. i'll definatly try it again in a few months or so.
