no sides at all through the entire cycle.. as of today i gained around 9 pounds (221lbs), only expecting to keep 5-6 which aint to bad in 2 weeks

was expecting a little more strength gain but it did put a good 15lbs on my bench which is cool.
had an early hockey practice so i worked out after.. i expected it to be ****ty with all the cardio before lifting but i did well
