day 7
starting to feel some sides:
woke up today and my lower abdomen and my liver gave me slight discomfort.. drank a bunch of water with milk thistle and liv 52 and feeling better. my piss is starting to be very yellow in the morning.. i've been drinking a gallon+ a day so obviously its normally clear, a few hours after waking up it went back to clear. for about 15-20 minutes my left nipple started to itch.. i took an over the counter AI and it subsided (probably continue to take an AI throughout the rest of the cycle and pct, i think it helped). other than that its all good, not really feeling tired, no atrophy, libido is good, pumps better than ever. yet to see much in the strength department although i am up about 5 lbs total..

pretty good workout.. should start seeing strength gains pretty soon. not to worried about the sides i felt today yet.. definatly stopping at 2 weeks though. this is my last night shift and im off for 7 out of the next 8 days so i'll be really hitting the gym hard.
