South Beach sounds better than what I was considering:
breakfast: 3 boiled eggs, bannana, oatmeal.
Lunch: plain tuna, cottage cheese, and broccoli
Dinner: 2 baked chicken breasts, spinach salad, and a bread stick.
I am starting to think that beer may be part of the problem too. I am seriously considering some major changes to my habits/vices. I really want to get my body in shape and I seem to be my own greatest obstical. Being in New Orleans with Daiquiri shops and bars on every corner does not help either...
