Default How can I eat enough for growth of muscles and not belly?

The only time I see significant muscle gain is when I eat a lot. But, in addition to my body swelling up my belley seems to follow suit. I typically start the day with breakfast around 8 of a ham sandwich, coffee, and sometimes humus and pita bread if i am really hungery.

Then around 10:30 I suck down a double stacked protien shake.

11:30 go work out for an hour.

12:30 protien shake

2:30 snack of plain deli meat

6:30 dinner high in protien with side of veggies.

I figure I am running at around 2500 calories a day with attention being made to eating lean.

How can I get my daily calorie/protien intake without making my stomach swell up. It's not all fat I just alway feel bloated.

Before I worked out my diet was really light and I have never liked eating too much. Do I need to buy stock in tuna and chicken breast or what?
