My son and his family headed out today...so I decided to sneak back to they gym before anyone 'needed' me!
So...my lower body 'back tuit' workout was as follows:

Rack Romanians 5s/5r - 95/115/135/155/135
Seated calf raises 3s/15-10-8r - 50/70/90
*Two hikes planned end of week so I took it easy on the calves
Hypers 3s/8r - BW/10/10 *Probably could have done the 25 plate.
Back ex machine 3s/8r - pin @ 4/4.5/5
Abs decline crunches 4s/15r - 10/10*/25/24
*Second set were oblique crunches
I'm gonna be a hurting pup tomorrow...but I'm a happy Hawk today.
