Yea....that is now...after months of cardio and diet..which was the hardest thing i ever did. Was 102 kgs when i started...am 82 now....and it wasnt simply 'manorexia' mate...doesnt come so easily for me....
neways.....posts goin off topic here....i just wanted to know if its right to depend on whey for most of my proteins.
