just wondering where you heard the stuff about caffeine inhibiting lean mass growth(post a website maybe)? I'm not questioning that you are right, I'm just curious as a person who takes in caffeine on a daily basis.

I agreed with Sunny that you should drop most of the supps. As for the working out I dont think you are over training at all, like said in an earlier post, eat right and get a ton of sleep.
