That’s a really good goal man... There are a lot of studies coming out that link belly fat with all kinds of nasty things like diabetes and such. Keep in mind though that you can’t really dictate where the fat is going to come off of.
Take it from someone who used to weigh 270lbs, just stick to your diet and a good balanced lifting routine and the rest will take care of itself.
