Ok, I have a problem, and it's been getting worse.....
Whenever I'm doing upright rows or bicep curls....after a few reps right where it starts to get difficult....I just get a weird dizzy feeling in my head, then I feel like I'm gonna throw up! It only happens on these exercises for some reason. I feel 100% just fine on all other lifts.
Any ideas....this is REALLY getting in the way of doing my routines....
