I actually busted open the caps and weighed the contents. It came out to around 250mg a cap, so I went ahead and did a T/D with phlojel. Just started yesterday so we'll see how it turns out. I might need to re-mix it though, as there seems to be a bit of clumpage I couldn't get rid of.
