heh... my metabolism doesnt let me get fat... thats a kind of a problem.
I eat around 6 times a day. this is what I eat.
-Meat, around 1-2 kg a day
-1 to 2 eggs a day
-2 litres of milk
-cereals
-around half a pack of sliced bread with some kind of weird light butter
-6 carrots
-some fruit
also, I dont really wanna get extremely bulky or really bulky, I just want my muscles to grow a bit of what they are now. everyone in my family is pretty much short, and its not like Im gonna grow a lot anymore, besides, as I said, I cant really get fat... thats why I was asking about creatine. Right now, I have my muscles pretty defined, but I just want them to grow a bit, specially my arms/back but Im not actually trying to reach a kind of weight lifter appearence, Ive always been more of the lean/cut kind. any other suggestion after the info given? Id really appreciate it
