There's been a lot of different calculations but I'm thinking 3200 is the daily calorie intake I need to gain weight (and it's been hard for me to gain). Oh yeah, my current goal is basically bulking as time efficiently as possible; not even necessarily 'clean' bulking. I'm just looking to add mass right now even with the fat that comes with ti.

So I'm fine with that, but the problem is: I've never really bought my own meals/ gone grocery shopping before for extended periods. Usually my parents handled most of that while I'm home and there's a cafeteria-esque place at my college with fast food trips in between. But I'm going to be living on my own in an apartment soon. So it's like - seeing as I can buy anything, what exactly do I buy to ensure I'm getting the proper amount of calories and the rest each day? and without spending a small fortune?

I know there are probably countless diets out there, but many of them are for weight-loss or some sort of new-age zen/ health/ organic plan. Basically, can someone who's bulking right now just post their current shopping list? My cooking skills are pretty terrible right now as well, but I can learn. Any tips would be appreciated.

Here what I buy, I'm not exactely bulking right now but when I'm (which might be in a few weeks this is what I will eat but more of it.

Oats
Soy milk
eggs (lots of them)- only eat the whites
Chicken (lots of it, usually buying like 15-20lbs at one time)
Veggies (tomato, cucumber, red pepers)
Wraps (whole wheat)
Lean ground beef or stake
Patatoes
Rice (on occasion)
Some tuna
Protein shake (carbs+protein mix, about 600cal/serving)
Tofu
Canola or olive oil only
