You can take it as many times a day as you want dude, but whole foods are 100X better than supplements
You could use 1 or 2 Tbsp's in a glass of milk with your breakfast. Also eat big meals man. If your looking to bulk up then you need to be eating until your full, then eating some more.

I would do something like this.

Breakfast
Lunch
Cyto /w Water after workout
Dinner
Cyto /w Milk Before bed

The reason you use it with milk before bed is because Milk has Casein in it which is a very slow digesting protein, thus giving you a bit of protein throughout your sleep.
