It depends on how you train and how long you have been training for

My routine is this

M - Back/Legs/Biceps
T - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
W - OFF
Th - Back/Legs/Biceps
Fr - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
S - Off
S - Off

BUt I used to train once per week, per body part with 1-2 days off per week.
I feel as though now though that once per week is inferior to twice per week.

I would suggest to pattern a routine around the one above and cater it to your needs, spread out the days if you need to and seperate legs from back days. Everyone thinks you must be on a 7 day cycle, but you can easily do a 10 day cycle just the same
