i tend to stay away form caffeine, or at least high doses of it...
Caffeine dehydrates, but also spikes insulin levels into the body, which in weight lose and certain diest isnt a good thing...
And if you are goin to take fairly large doses id drink def at least a gallon of water a day... that goes for any type of caffeine containing products or diaretics
