This is not a unpopular method by any means. In fact, a GOOD AMOUNT of advanced people combine chest with shoulders.

I have been doing them this way for 1.5 years now and have great gains from day one...
I dont know, tell me if you think my shoulders are lagging as result







Also, you should be doing chest first, shoulders next, IMO
