I personally think overtraining/injury is slightly paranoia.
after reading about the article about that inmate that tore through straight jackets and handcuffs, I mean, he worked out EVERYDAY all the time. and he was a BBBEEEAASSTT. just my two cents. I did shoulders the day before chest and I was fine.
everyones different tho, but i wouldnt SUGGEST doing shoulders before chest everytime. thats fa sho
