Question How to shop for the right foods-

Hey guys.

Now, there is countless information on these forums and others on how much calories/ proteins/ carbs/ fats to get in your diet. Personally, I am 20 yrs old, 160 lbs, and very active. There's been a lot of different calculations but I'm thinking 3200 is the daily calorie intake I need to gain weight (and it's been hard for me to gain). Oh yeah, my current goal is basically bulking as time efficiently as possible; not even necessarily 'clean' bulking. I'm just looking to add mass right now even with the fat that comes with ti.

So I'm fine with that, but the problem is: I've never really bought my own meals/ gone grocery shopping before for extended periods. Usually my parents handled most of that while I'm home and there's a cafeteria-esque place at my college with fast food trips in between. But I'm going to be living on my own in an apartment soon. So it's like - seeing as I can buy anything, what exactly do I buy to ensure I'm getting the proper amount of calories and the rest each day? and without spending a small fortune?

I know there are probably countless diets out there, but many of them are for weight-loss or some sort of new-age zen/ health/ organic plan. Basically, can someone who's bulking right now just post their current shopping list? My cooking skills are pretty terrible right now as well, but I can learn. Any tips would be appreciated.
